Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Supply of Goods & Services
- Darkstar Productions is committed to providing high-quality products & exceptional service.
- A confirmation of a booking with us, from the client, constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- All services and or products are subject to availability & system performance. If the company ever encounters any technical issues or maintenance of system architecture, Darkstar Productions will inform the client immediately and reschedule all services.
- Our prices may be subject to change due to the following: inflation adjustments, economic health, competition rates, & company system maintenance. Service rates agreed to before these changes will not be affected.
- Service Estimates & Prices – Our Prices are highly competitive. Quality First is our philosophy. Therefore, you won’t find a better deal that combines affordability with quality.
Our Standard & Premium package deals are fixed flat rates tailored to the client. Our Bespoke/Custom Package ranges from $1000 – $3000, depending on project complexity, scale, & time. All estimates are accurate to the final price & the client will be made aware of the estimates/prices before any work commences.
The client will be notified asap if the work is to extend outside the realm of what’s been initially agreed upon for the service. - For Goods & Services purchases, payment is required within a month of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a 3% interest charge on overdue amounts.
- In the event of non-payment, or 3-months past the invoiced date, Darkstar Productions reserves the right to engage a debt collection agency. Any associated costs will be charged to the client.
- Darkstar Productions may suspend or terminate future service/work requests from a client due to previous outstanding/unpaid invoices.

Intellectual Property – Please use this link to view our Intellectual Property Agreement. Please note, this agreement is for the client to understand how we protect their data and our IP. We only require a signature of this document for our subcontractors.
Although 80% of our services are done in-house, locally in Wellington NZ, from our home studio, we also occasionally sub-contract work to contractors when a project demands it. Note – All client data is encrypted/secured and only accessed by encrypted means such as VPNs, Google Drive, & password protected/encrypted drives, folders, & our server.
Our selection of contractors are highly skilled and professional individuals; we only collaborate with the most talented individuals, who specialise in their select fields.
